Kanye West Reunites With Jay-Z On ‘DONDA’

Kanye is back!

On Thursday night, Kanye West debuted his 10th studio album DONDA at a listening event in Atlanta, at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium. From what was heard at the event, it seems that some of the artists that will be appearing on the project include Travis Scott, Lil Baby, Roddy Ricch and Pusha T, just to name a few. However West saved the best for last, when he played one last song – a collaboration with none other than Jay-Z.

This is their first collaboration since they both hopped on Drake’s track “Pop Style”, back in 2016. While Ye and Jay’s friendship has been a little rocky over the past few years, the two reunited at Diddy’s 50th birthday party in December 2019. Apparently their beef began when Jay-Z and Beyonce didn’t show up to Kanye and Kim Kardashian’s wedding in 2014. “I was hurt about them not coming to the wedding,” West said in an interview.

Now that the two appear to have made amends, there is speculation of a sequel to their 2011 joint album Watch the Throne.
