After sharing this year’s best albums, Rolling Stone magazine has unveiled their list of the 50 best songs for 2021!
Adele’s “I Drink Wine” from her chart-topping 30 album takes the No. 9 spot, while Megan Thee Stallion’s “Thot Shit” lands at No. 17. Silk Sonic’s “Leave The Door Open” came in at No. 6, with the magazine describing the track as “pure romance.”
The top spot went to Wizkid’s “Essence” featuring Tems, a summer hit that put Afrobeats on the global stage. Other songs that made it onto the list include Lil Nas X’s “Montero (Call Me By Your Name)”, BIA’s “Whole Lotta Money” with Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift’s “All Too Well (10 Minute Version)”.
