
Janet Jackson is in control!
The legendary singer’s upcoming two-part documentary is set to premiere on January 28, on A&E and Lifetime. Janet is based on Jackson’s personal and professional life, as the singer shares exclusive archival footage and home videos. She gave her fans a sneak peek on Instagram, posting a three-minute trailer.
The documentary also includes celebrity interviews with stars like Missy Elliott, Mariah Carey, Teyana Taylor, Whoopi Goldberg and Ciara, who all speak highly of the iconic singer. Directed by Ben Hirsch, Janet will also focus on the 2004 Super Bowl “wardrobe malfunction” with Justin Timbrerlake, as well as her close relationship with her late brother Michael. The project credits Janet Jackson and her brother Randy as executive producers.
