It’s Barbie and Baby!
Nicki Minaj teams up with Atlanta rapper Lil Baby for her latest single “Do We Have A Problem?” The hip-hop megastar hopped on Instagram Live recently to discuss the new song and even praised Baby. “He bodied, bodied, bodied. Shout out to him for just being dope and down to earth and sweet. All of that.”
“Do We Have A Problem?” is also accompanied by a cinematic music video inspired by one of Nicki’s favorite movies, the Angelina Jolie thriller, Salt. The visual, directed by Benny Boom, also co-stars actors Joseph Sikora and Cory Hardict.
The fiery track, produced by Tate Kobang and Papiyerr, will be the lead single from the rapper’s upcoming album, which will introduce her new alter ego. Nicki sat down with Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1’s New Music Daily to talk about what’s next. “So the album is coming very soon, obviously. That’s why I started putting out music,” she said. “I do have a lot of surprises lined up for the fans leading up to the album, but we want to definitely get the album out there quickly.”
