Saweetie drops off her latest single, a catchy, pop banger titled “Closer”, with R&B singer H.E.R. The track will be featured on the rapper’s upcoming album Pretty Bitch Music.
It’s clear that the ‘Icy Girl’ knows what she wants, as she gets flirty on her verse.

“Closer” is the first collaboration between the two artists, who are both of Filipina and Black descent. The two are also nominated for several Grammy Awards this year — Saweetie is up for Best New Artist and Best Rap Song for “Best Friend” (feat. Doja Cat), while H.E.R. receives a total of eight nods, including Best R&B Song for “Damage”.
