Montreal and Toronto unite!
The Weeknd connects with electronic artist and DJ Kaytranada for the remix of his latest single “Out of Time”. The groovy track is part of a remix bundle, which also includes the album version, a radio edit and an instrumental. The Toronto crooner released the music video for the original song earlier this month.
Dawn FM, which dropped at the beginning of the year, landed at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 with 148,000 album-equivalent units. Since its release, the project has garnered over 2 billion streams worldwide, with 160 million coming just from “Out of Time.”
Last Sunday, The Weeknd performed with Swedish House Mafia at Coachella and even debuted Dawn FM tracks “Sacrifice”, “How Can I Make You Love Me” and “Out Of Time”. This Sunday, the singer will return to Indio, California to headline Coachella for a second weekend in a row with the EDM trio.
