Rising R&B Artist Joéllen Pours Her Heart Out In New EP ‘Stay In Luv’

Toronto R&B songstress Joéllen releases her much anticipated new EP Stay In Luv.

The singer-songwriter describes her sound on the new project as “an inspired fusion of the 90’s Hip-Hop/R&B revival and current new wave musical trends.” Joéllen captures listeners with her sweet melodies and her pen game is truly unmatched.

Growing up, the rising singer would listen to her mother’s favourite gospel records. At the age of 5, Joéllen got her first taste of stardom when she performed at a local diner and soon after, her mother decided to enroll her in a choir. Fast forward to today and Joéllen is not only an emerging singer-songwriter, but she can also add audio production and engineering under her belt, giving her complete creative control.

In 2018, she released her first single “Should Be” but it was her second record “My Place” which garnered more attention, after being placed on Spotify’s Just Vibin’ playlist, as well
as making it on 93.5’s “Made In Toronto Takeover” and overseas on BBC1xtra in the UK.
