Usher is celebrating his way.
To commemorate 25 years since the release of My Way, the R&B singer has shared an expanded edition of his iconic project. My Way (25th Anniversary Edition) features all the original songs from Usher’s sophomore album, plus remakes of “My Way,” “Nice & Slow” and “You Make Me Wanna…”, by producer Ryan James Carr. A vinyl edition of the deluxe album will also be available in early 2023.
In addition, fans can watch the mini-documentary Usher: 25 Years My Way on the singer’s YouTube channel, which highlights the album’s legacy and the massive cultural impact, and also features interviews with the legendary Jermaine Dupri and Ryan James Carr. “It was the first time as an artist that I just felt confident enough to tell anybody: This is what I want to do. This is where I’m at. This is who I am,” said the Grammy Award-winning artist.
