Tory Lanez drops his latest project Sorry 4 What.
After releasing Alone at Prom, the Toronto artist returns with his first album of this year, and it has already landed at No. 1 on Apple Music’s Hip-Hop/Rap chart. The 20-track set is a combination of hip-hop and R&B and features guest appearances from A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie (“Role Call”) and Yoko Gold (“Collection”).
This week, Tory appeared on The Breakfast Club and talked about Sorry 4 What, and the significance of the album’s title. “When listening to the music and how it sounds, it sounds unapologetic but it also gives you that resilience, that standing in the wind when it’s blowing. I feel like it’s just about staying tall and staying true to you and being unapologetically yourself,” said Lanez. Along with a new album, Tory also shared the music video for the lead single “Why Did I”.
