Toronto’s Kastilla returns with a sultry new music video for her latest single “Favourite.”
On the upbeat track, produced by Jirou ‘Street’ Williams, the rapper delivers a positive message about being confident and comfortable in her own skin. “This body mine, I don’t need no operation” Kastilla raps, as she refers to the constant pressure female artists face to receive enhancements to further their careers.
Kastilla’s soft tone and level of confidence overflows on “Favourite.” With two hit singles already under her belt (and a co-sign from rapper Snoop Dogg), the rising star is well on her way to becoming one of hip-hop’s next “it girls.”
